Position Responsibilities and Duties

  • Open, operate, or close store as scheduled
  • Keep staff motivated and schedule shifts
  • Manage and keep the safety of the store, employee, and inventory checks
  • Prepare promotional materials and display
  • Order products as required or as requested
  • Check product expiration date
  • Receive product deliveries, ensure orders, and invoice accuracy
  • Maintain backstock areas according to standards
  • Train other staff as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs

Qualification and Skills

  • Candidates must have practical experience working in a fast-paced start up environment.
  • 2+ years’ experience working in retail
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Resourcefulness, creativity, ability to improvise and take initiative
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
  • Time management skills and ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service skills
